When products are no longer available after you have placed an order, Kailuacooler will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such products.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed online through our website www.kailuacooler.co.za
